By attending our meetups, you agree to the following:

Registration: When you sign up for an event, you agree to provide accurate information about who you are, for registration purposes.

Payment: A small fee helps cover the costs of organizing meetings and managing logistics for everything you enjoy. The fee for each event may vary depending on the venue and related expenses. This is a one-time fee per event—no subscriptions or recurring payments.

Refund Policy: Refunds for event registrations may be requested up to 7 days before the event date. After this period, no refunds will be issued. If the meetup is canceled by organizer, all registered attendees will receive a full refund. Please email us if you need to request a refund. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for registration.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy: If you cannot attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Since no-shows do not provide adequate notice for adjustments, refunds will not be issued for no-shows. We encourage timely communication to help us manage space and ensure the best experience for all attendees.

Code of Conduct: We ask that everyone behaves respectfully towards one another. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event. As the organizer, we ensure a positive and respectful environment during the meetup. Attendees must act responsibly to ensure the safety and respect of others and the venue.

Liability & Consequences for Damaging Property: While the organizer is responsible for any damage to property during the event, attendees are expected to behave responsibly. Any individual found damaging property or engaging in disruptive behavior will face consequences, including removal from the event and a potential ban from future meetups. Legal action may also be taken to cover damages if necessary.

Event Changes: Events timing, speakers, or location may change. We’ll notify you of any changes through email.
